A few examples of your responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies on Google Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations
  • Present findings and strategies to senior management
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual ad spend
  • Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What we look for:

  • 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
  • At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge and experience with iOS
  • Deep understanding of ad campaign tracking principles and tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • English at least at Intermediate level
  • Experience in mobile subscription apps will be an advantage.
