A few examples of your responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid search specialists
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid search strategies on Google Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale
- Utilize analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations
- Present findings and strategies to senior management
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual ad spend
- Oversee and optimize paid search campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, ROAS, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the paid search landscape
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
What we look for:
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads
- Strong knowledge and experience with iOS
- Deep understanding of ad campaign tracking principles and tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
- English at least at Intermediate level
- Experience in mobile subscription apps will be an advantage.
